Description
The Ciresa Company, founded in 1952, can rely on a great experience in the manufacture of soundboards for musical instruments. It is located in the wonderful Dolomites area, where since ever the Fiemme spruces have been growing in ideal climatic condition. The great violinmakers of Cremona, among them the most famous Antonio Stradivari, used this tonewood already in the XVIIth century.
After the first choice of the logs and a long natural seasoning of the wood rough processed on our timber yards, we carry out an accurate selection of the different qualities for every kind of stringed musical instruments. The trademark, printed on each top, guarantees the origin and the seasoning of the Fiemme spruce.
In our store, besides a large quantity of spruce coming from the forests of the Fiemme Valley only, there is also a reasonable availability of Bosnian maple.
