Luthiers.com Private Sponsors Club - 2nd Videoconference on Tuesday, May 02, 2023 (in French: de 17h00 à 19h00, Heure de Paris, France)

Hello everyone,

The second Zoom group videoconference of the year 2023 of the "Luthiers.com Private Sponsors Club" will take place :

For the French speakers: Tuesday May 02, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Paris time, France),
For English speakers: Tuesday, May 02, 2023 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm (Paris time, France).

To participate in this meeting, you must let me know that you wish to participate, and, beforehand, have installed the Zoom software on your computer and, also, be a SPONSOR member of Luthiers.com (up to date with your annual fee).

For this second Zoom videoconference, I propose to discuss the following topics:

1- Overview of the 1st quarter of the "Luthiers.com Private Sponsors Club".

• Overview of the general articles we wrote during the 1st quarter
• Overview of the publications on the different social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and Twitter)
• Overview of the different tags and identifications of your pages on our publications
• Overview of the different newsletters sent during the 1st quarter
• Overview on the private messaging of Luthiers.com and on the reactivation of the contact forms on your pages

2- The Giveaways - already seen in the 1st Videoconference, we will talk about the Giveaways again

After two successful experiences in previous years, I want to restart the Giveaways, but on a much more regular basis. We have just passed the 400,000 visitors on the website and I really want to thank the users for that. So I have prepared and financed about 50 gifts for the general public who regularly follow Luthiers.com. I'll explain how I arranged this, and I'll ask for your feedback before I start regular giveaways. We will make this decision together in the Private Sponsors Club! No financial participation will be asked from you, I'll take care of the financing of these gifts myself by using the amount of the subscriptions of the annual packages of Luthiers.com. During our videoconference, we will also discuss the sustainability of the Giveway depending on the possibility of long-term financing.

3- Private 1 to 1 session

For each one of you, you will confirm during this group meeting, your available dates for a private 1 to 1 meeting with me in order to review your pages and your instruments available for sale or on order. The private 1 to 1 meetings with me will last between 20 and 30 minutes, we will try to schedule them over 2 days: Tuesday 17th and Wednesday 18th January.

4- Taking into account your needs

Finally, we will finish this first meeting with a time of free discussion where I will take into consideration your ideas and needs for the coming months for the year 2023.
