Description

Marco Grassi is a luthier who comes from Milan (from Lainate city, Milan, North
Italy) and he deals with plucked instruments. He is keen on guitar from a young age,
so after high school he decided to attend the Violin Making School in Milan (Civica
Scuola di Liuteria) since 2006 to 2009 to study the making of guitars to have a good
knowledge about them and to deepen his interest.
Now he is holder of SlimGuitars, a violin making workshop where since 2009 Marco
has been dealing with making of classic guitars, acoustic guitars and repair and
restoration of plucked instruments.
In 2018 he started to collaborate with Yamaha as service center for guitars and basses
(Italy area).
