Dear craftsmen and professionals in the world of lutherie,

I come back to you today with renewed and amplified enthusiasm to share a vision that has been driving me for 5 years now: to make Luthiers.com the benchmark platform, the one that gives voice and visibility to all lutherie talent.

Since its creation in November 2019, I’ve put all my energy and passion into offering each and every one of you a place of choice within this unique community. As a result, we’ve achieved impressive visibility, with an average of 200,000 to 250,000 page visits per month! This progress is the fruit of our joint commitment, the trust you have placed in this project, and the growing interest of the general public in this platform.

Of course, as with any ambitious project, there have been moments of doubt and challenge. It’s not that simple to try and change the consumer habits of the general public. What’s more, my commitment and fatigue fluctuated from day to day, and I also made mistakes, like any human being. But at no time did my passion and commitment to the art of lutherie waver. Today, I’m driven by a new energy, more motivated than ever to bring your craft to the attention of the general public.

The mission of Luthiers.com remains unchanged: to offer craftsmen, who are often isolated and limited in their means of communication, a strength of visibility that rivals that of the major industrial brands. I know how difficult it is for an independent craftsman to make a name for himself, while the big manufacturers have colossal marketing budgets. That’s why this site exists: so that every craftsman can shine, and so that the general public can appreciate the value and uniqueness of your instruments.

To reinforce your impact and enable this site to play its full role, I have decided to lower the annual subscription fee to just 39.90 euros. This reduction is designed to make subscription accessible to all, because the larger your community, the more powerful your collective visibility. It’s a call for solidarity and unity in your profession: together, we can change the general public’s perception, and showcase the beauty, expertise and authenticity of handmade instruments.
