The Alberti Frog Slide Fixture

This tool will enable the production of a perfectly fitted frog slide in a few minutes. Used with the Alberti Sander, it is settable for any exact dovetail angle and transfers the taper of the slide directly from the frog. Very little training is necessary to complete this operation with perfect results.

The Frog Slide Fixture can adjust to four preset angles with the nylon screws mounted in the rotating turret. We have set three of them to hold the slide at 10°, 15°, and 22.5°, and you can use the fourth one for any other angle that you want to repeat.

The extra hole in the chuck is there so that it can be flipped over to hold extra narrow material. This way the fixture can also be used for cutting octagonal button inlays at 22.5°.
