This is one of two instruments i made for the "master" exam we have to take in Austria to be allowed to open a workshop.

My archtop construction is very light & responsive for a proper acoustic sound. My influence of being a violin maker as well can clearly be seen! I use overhanging edges to allow easy access for repair work if needed. The whole instrument is made with hideglue for the same reason. Hide glue can easily be opened an re-glued, which will allow for a very long instrument life. Some people also say hide glue has superior acoustic properties. Be that as it may, i personally do not hear any difference in the glue i use.
This guitar is equipped with an AER humbucker, which is no longer available on the market. I have one more of this pickup in stock, but it is the last one. Volume & tone control are hidden under the pickguard.
