Viva Violins

I am a Newark trained violin maker and restorer. The majority of my business comes from restoring and repairing violin, violas and cello but I also find time to make my own instruments whenever possible.

I am the author of 'The Essential Handbook, for violinists, violists and fiddle players' which is for sale on my website www.vivaviolins.co.uk or through The Strad online shop. I wrote this book to provide more technical information to teachers and vital tips on chinrest and shoulder rest fitting which is an area often overlooked.

I offer bow re-hairing, instrument rental and sell a wide range of accessories for all stringed instruments.
